In order to improve the speed, flexibility, and efficiency of shipments to all of our customers globally, we have taken the decision to partner with Bleckmann, a global logistics provider with 160 years of expertise. Your order will now be fulfilled from our Netherlands facility.

As of February 2025, shipments to the UK will be scheduled every Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week so that our UK customers continue to receive orders quickly and efficiently. Clustering our UK shipments in this way reduces our impact on the environment and enables us to continue to cover 100% of the import duties and to offer shipping at the same terms and rates. 
For express orders, our UK customers can currently expect to receive their product within 2-3 days from shipment. For standard orders, it will be 4-5 days from shipment
This will be reviewed on an ongoing basis to ensure our customers continue to receive the best possible service.

We offer free standard delivery over a threshold for some regions - this will be displayed in your local currency on the product page. Delivery time varies by market, this will be displayed at checkout. Below the threshold, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.

All customs / taxes and duties are calculated at checkout.

For Express Delivery order by 2PM (UK Time) to receive the item in 2 - 3 business days.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse with tracking information. Please check your promotion folder if you don't see your confirmation in your primary inbox.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from info@henrilloyd.com once your parcel has been dispatched. The tracking information will be provided in this email. You will also receive an email from our courier with the information.

I didn't receive an order and shipping confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from info@henrilloyd.com containing the details of your order. We will also send you a shipping confirmation once your items have been dispatched.

Sometimes the order and shipping confirmations can end up in the promotion folder of your email provider rather than in the primary inbox. If this happens, please use the search box of your email provider and search for info@henrilloyd.com.
