Refund policy
You can return any purchase, free of charge, within 30 days of dispatch.
Please note we can only refund products returned to us in fully saleable unused condition with all packaging and hangtags intact.
If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to submit a return request, send your item back to us, and place a new order.
If your order number isn't recognised on the returns portal, please email info@henrilloyd.com stating the items you wish to return.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed by reversing your original payment we received.

We endeavour to process all returns as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your return to be received, processed and refund issued.

Goods purchased in one of our stores must be returned to that store, within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.
