UK RETURNS
You can return any purchase, free of charge, within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a DPD return, please send an email to returns@henrilloyd.com, specifying your order number. A DPD return label will be dispatched to your email within one business day. Once received, we kindly ask you to print this label and secure it to your parcel's exterior. Please also complete the enclosed return document, which is attached to your shipment confirmation, and place it within your returning package.
Our extended Christmas returns policy allows customers to return unwanted purchases made from 4th November 2024 and 18th December up until 17th January 2025. Purchases made outside of these dates should be returned within 30 days of delivery.
RETURNS OUTSIDE THE UK
You can return any purchase, free of charge, within 30 days of delivery. Please follow the link below to access our returns portal. Please return the products to us in the same condition and quantity (with hangtags etc.) as you received it. Please do not use the product before returning it to us. If a product has been used we will not be able to provide a refund. If the portal doesn't recognise your order number, please email returns@henrilloyd.com stating the items you wish to return.
